You should discuss all the diseases or the symptoms of the diseases you have with your doctor so that he /she might not prescribe the medicine that would cause harm to you. i do not know who on earth had got hemorrhoids as a side effect of ibuprofen or acetaminophen! better you should consider other things eg- low fiber, less water which might have been a more direct cause of your hemorrhoids.
