Hemorrhoids are found at the junction of the rectum and the anus. It is the cushions of tissue that contain blood vessels that can be found at the rectum and anal junction. The factors that cause hemorrhoids are chronic constipation, lack of water, lack of fiber content in your body and excess dairy product.
spending way too much time sitting on your ass. whether on a sofa or computer chair or on the toilet. sitting is bad. also, fried foods, spicy food, coffee and red beef is bad for hemmorhoids
The large blood vessel around the outside of the sphincter opening ruptures and hangs down. Like a lump or bump causing pain every time you dump. You can alleviate this with a cell shrinker like Preparation H and keeping clean.
Passing the head of a child through your vagina will do it. It’s not just sitting that causes it. It’s putting pressure or strain on that area, also stress.
Hemorrhoids tend to develop in people with hypertension (high blood pressure) and constipation. If you do have high blood pressure restricting salt in your diet or losing weight may help. This can be a serious medical condition that you should seek the help of your doctor for. Constipation may be alleviated by increasing fiber and water intake. Hemorrhoids may also develop during pregnancy due to increased pressure.
