What is the best treatment for Hemorrhoids ?

I’ve got a terrible situation with hemorrhoids for a long time with no success of many different treatments and methods.
please, does someone have a treatment or a cure that really works??

The best (and only) treatment for advanced hemorrhoids is surgery.

You should consider eating food that hasn’t been processed too much. And if you already know that some foods make your stool harder (e.g. cheese), you should avoid those products.
