While you are waiting to get the doctors appointment that you ARE going to make: Tucs pads for the pain, petroleum jelly to lubricate, don’t strain during bm’s, and wipe as gently as possible.
This is a due to constipation. Correct your eating habits in the first place. Cut down on oils, fast food and non-vegetarian food for the time being. Take some purgatives in the night to evacuate your bowel movement properly. Apply some oil on your anus after shower. Wash your anus with you urine after the wash. Eat lots of fruits, fruit juices and salad and food rich in fibre.
I agree with the answer from oldlady, but want to give you additional advice. Stop using toilet tissue to wipe. It is basically ground up wood and rough on hemorrhoids. Use "wet ones" or wet the toilet tissue, never again use it dry. Too much irritation. And I too had surgery. It is very humiliating, but easy. The doctor ties off the hemorrhoids with a rubberband and they will fall off in a few days when there is no more blood supply.
There are different treatment options for hemorrhoids: various creams, pills, medical injection, super freezing, tight rubber band placed around the base of each hemorrhoid, surgery or laser treatment.
I tried several and finally got rid of it with Rue Care Oil. How long it will take to get rid of it depends on the size of hemorrhoid and how regularly you’re applying the oil.
Soft stool also helps to cure faster. High fiber diet can help for regular bowel movement.
Avoid prolonged sitting or standing in one position, heavy lifting, overweight.
For more information about Rue Care Oil I suggest you contact the seller. They are very helpful and answering fast.
A visit to a DR. or calling a Nurse Helpline would be of great value to your health.

Go see a doc.
You need to have them surgically removed. I know someone who had it done…some "tying" involved.
Don’t worry about them….get some Preparation H at your local drugstore and use it as directed. You will be as good as new in a couple of days.
