What can I tell people that I am having instead of hemorrhoid surgery?

I am going to have hemorrhoid surgery in a couple of weeks. I don’t want anyone to know. It is embarrassing. What kind of surgery can I tell people I am having instead?

tell them you are having a cyst removed or ulcer surgery
you don’t have to say anything… just say you’re having surgery and you don’t want to discuss it any further period… Good luck
