very sore anus, but not hemorrhoids?

for the past few months i have been suffering from an itchy, sore anus. At first i thought hemorrhoids, but after a long treatment with anusol, nothing has changed.
It looks like a circle of scabs is forming around my anus. with very dry skin there aswell.
This worsens after i have been to the toilet and wiped, due to the scabs getting caught and falling off,
They are not huge scabs, just very small, and very thin, but more than enough to cause very bad irritation.
Any help much appreciated

If you are overweight sweating can cause irritation around the anal area because of what happens down there and with the moisture this can also cause soreness, use unscented loo roll and try and clean yourself after going to the toilet, use a baby cream such as drapoline or sudacrem, gets too bad i would see your GP
keep your anus clean. don’t use toilet paper as much as possible. use water to wash your back after toilet. i think this is the starting stage of hemorrhoids or a kind of hemorrhoids. i wouldn’t eat anything spicy either…
Try taking warm baths instead of showers. And for god’s sake, go see a doctor!
Could be just a simple irritation, use more k-y jelly when your boyfriend spends the night.
Seriously, why even ask? See a doctor!!
