Treatment for hemorrhoids?

I have an external hemorrhoid. Ive had it for the past two days. From what i can tell it has shrunk a little but i just noticed a little bit of bleeding. I have had two of them before this one and i didn’t treat it or anything and eventually it disappeared. I was wondering if it is save to just let it naturally reduce in size overtime until it is no longer there?

well that depends does it hurt any way i use Vick’s on mine and they shrink and quit hurting or Mentholatum your choice
get preparation H … its OTC and it will relieve whatever symptoms you are having if it doesnt go away you should go see a doctor.

I think you would need to have proper medical treatment and most probably it might require major surgery, which may not be a 100% successful treatment to it and that in some cases it might pop up again.
