It is my second day after surgery and i haven’t had a bowel movement. I had a Thrombosed External Hemorrhoid.

Call the doc and ask what you can take. This really should be in your post op paperwork, so you can start by looking there, but if not, call the office to get that info.
At the very least you should be eating a high fiber diet or taking Metamucil or something like that to avoid getting another hemorrhoid, or bothering the surgery site.
Ask your doctor, sweety
hellll yeah, go big or go home
You doc should have given you guidance on that. If not, call the office and ask.
Look I haven’t had the surgery but I think it will be better to wait until after a week. x
Most people don’t eat much after surgery, so maybe you don’t have much in your system. If you do and it’s causing stomach ache, etc. then you should call and ask your doctor.
Ask your doctor if you can take Milk of Magnesia; if so then ask recommended dosage. Surgery always stops bowel movement progress.
I would say no, if your are still having pain, then you should not take laxatives.
Your Dr. Is the only one qualified to answer your question..Don’t waste your time here..Good luck
