Whether or not it can is not the issue it seems. Anal sex is something you should only attempt with someone you trust for several reasons. The most pressing being that it can be very painful for the girl if the guy is not careful.
So really, she just doesn’t trust you enough to do it. Deal with it. There might be some time down the line where she might, but you have to demonstrate you are worthy of said trust. From your question, I find it hard to believe you will be.
