My Anus is Itchy, What are the Symptoms of Piles or Hemorrhoids?

I think I may have Piles. I Itch a lot and when I ate greasy food it hurts. Sometimes it bleeds. What do I do? Is there an Discreet way of Treating it?

itching can be a sign of hemorrhoids..bleeding also…try a medicated pad for this area and see if the itching stops.you could try Preparation H.if willing to squeeze a little in your anus,or use a suppository.i would try the pads…..a little witch hazel applied gently will also ease itch.
