Is there a Natural Cure for Piles and Hemorrhoids, or are they all scams?

Does anyone know the answer to this. Is there an Effective Home Remedy for Piles or Hemorrhoids?
I do not want to go to the Doctor. The last time I went It was too shameful and he did nothing to
treat my hemorrhoids anyway. Are there any home treatments or do I have to go through that again? Surely there are some kind of natural oils or Lubricants.

external medicine isnt that effective in this case. .try eating fiber i.e. flour material .. ask a nutritionist about the best fiber products. try them in natural form , i mean without preservatives, then drink lots of water and finally start with water like the muslim people do after using toilet. stop rubbing it with dry toilet paper.

To prepare suppositories first you must melt coconut oil (it is a solid oil at room temp) mix equal parts of coconut and castor put in fridge to cool down it will become solid take small portions and shape them with fingers like a supossitory, place them in a container and place back in fridge and keep until ready to use. This formula worked wonders for me I got over mine in about a week’s time it works very fast, I know its a bit messy and weird to prepare but it works. You must sit on warm water with some sodium bicarbonate at least once per day, this is extremelly helpful for pain and inflamation.
