Is it safe to remove the hemorrhoids through surgery?

My relative is going to remove hemorrhoids through surgery but I think it will be risky. I want to know is it safe method or not.

Hemorrhoids surgery is not complicated one. Many individuals are cured with non-surgical treatments but many are resistant to them. Non-surgical remedies work but in advanced stages, surgical treatments are recommended for surgery. Clot removal is a small procedure and the recovery time is very less in this uncomplicated simple surgical procedure.
i got surgery and had no problems but others say that your hoop is never the same again.
on the other hand I have heard a lot of good things about ligature, ( they put an elastic band on the hemmoroid and it falls off in a week or two because you cut off the blood supply. )
