My friend actually called her doctor as she was so worried about bright red blood when she went to the restroom. The doctor told her if she strained too much going to the bathroom then a vein sometimes bleeds and it was nothing to worry about.
It sounds like you might have internal Hemorrhoids – here are some items to help you out – the big one is not straining when you are having a bm.
No straining during defecation, sitting or standing for prolonged periods or time. A high-fiber diet is crucial for the maintenance of proper bowel activity, and nutrients and botanical substances which enhance the integrity venous structures may also be of benefit.
A high carbohydrate diet rich in dietary fiber is indicated. The diet should contain liberal amounts of proanthocyanidin- and anthocyanidin foods such as blackberries, cherries, blueberries, etc., to strengthen vein structure. Alcohol and spicy foods should be removed as much as possible, as evidence indicates that continuous persistence of hemorrhoids when these two elements are present in the diet. Squatting while defecating, plus fasting and internal cleansing therapies are highly recommended in the long run, as is the external application of aloe vera in cases of continuous bleeding or itching.
don’t play doctor…you may be playing with your life.!
go to the dr and have a colonoscopy done.
be on the safe and healthy side…be sure it is not cancer….shows same symptoms as hemmroids!
God bless and make that appointment.
Hemorrhoids rarely heal on their own. You’re not mentioning if you had constipation, or any other causes that could trigger hemorrhoids. You might have internal hemorrhoids, and bleeding occurs during hard bowel movement. To be sure visit your doctor. In case you have hemorrhoids try Rue Care Oil.
