I have hemorrhoids and I have had them for almost a month now.
2 or 3 times i have seen a little bit of blood on the toilet paper and have had no pain, just itching.
It’s my first time with them
I really can’t afford to see a doctor now so what do i do?
Will they go away with a changed diet, more water, and exersize?
How long will I have them?

Hi Skye
To get immediate relief try adding some vinegar to a hot bath and sitting in it a couple of times a day, this will help to shrink hemorrhoids.
Diet is normally the main cause of hemorrhoids. Eating fatty foods and foods containing too much sugar tends to make it harder to empty your bowels. Constipation causes strain, and it is this strain that damages the little blood vessels, allowing hemorrhoids to appear.
You need to start eating foods which contain lots of fibre, which will help to empty the bowels more easily. You could also try taking a laxative but don’t do this too regularly.
As for the bleeding try and get some Vitamin K cream, as this can stop the bleeding pretty quickly.
If you want a natural and quick method of getting rid of hemorrhoids I suggest that you take a look at the resource below, as it should help you.
Hemorrhoids never go away, they just shrink in size and don’t cause problems until the next flare up. Diet and water are the ways to control this along with over the counter hemorrhoid creams. You need to go to WebMd.com and type in constipation which is the cause of hemorrhoids and follow the dietary advice given there. Then, on the same website, type in hemorrhoids and read up on how to take care of these.
