I have a hemorrhoid, will it go away?
I developed a hemorrhoid earlier this week doing squats and straining a little too hard. I can feel it and it’s small like a pea, but it’s almost benign, it doesn’t cause me any discomfort/pain and I can still crap regularly; no pain, no blood. I do a lot of activities, but none require me to strain my lower body or anus. Will it disappear on its own?

trina – Hemorrhoids are extremely common. They are a collection of fragile veins in or near the anal ring. While they will not go away, often the irritation, itching, or bleeding will stop for awhile as you take in more fluids every day and avoid constipation and straining at stool. After a period of time, they often recur. This could be for many years if nothing is done. At some point, consider seeing a gastroenterologist or colo-rectal surgeon for evaluation and further recommendations when the hemorrhoid(s) become troublesome.
