I don’t have idea how much is surgery. , hemorrhoids are caused by increased pressure in the rectal area. However, this is not the whole story. Some other factors contribute to the formation of hemorrhoids. Straining during bowel movements, chronic constipation or diarrhea, heredity, being overweight, and pregnancy causes increased pressure in the anal and rectal areas.
