How do you know if you have a hemorrhoid?

Im 18 years old and im pregnant. Ive always had some what large stools and im almost always constipated. Now i know that pregnant women and pron to get hemorrhoids, and i think i may have them or it. Can someone please tell me the symptoms of hemorrhoids and maybe how to get rid of them. thanks.

You normally have pain and a small amount of bright red blood when having a bowel movement. You can also have pressure, itching and discomfort. You can ease the pain and reduce the swelling of the hemorrhoid by taking warm baths and applying a hemorrhoidal application, such as Preparation H. Normally this medication (ointment works best) is applied after each bowel movement and before bed. Be sure to wipe gently after each bowel movement or use warm, wet cloth to clean yourself before applying medication.
