If they are bleeding consistently, I HIGHLY recommend you see your doctor. It’s quite normal to have hemorrhoids, but if they are bleeding, that is a sign that things are progressing at an unhealthy rate. I imagine you are already using over the counter products to assist you; if not, you should.
if they’re bleeding when you have a bowel movement, I would suggest taking stool softeners. it will help you pass them easier without having to strain.
I suggest you try Rue Care Oil. It doesn’t just prevent bleeding but also shrink the veins (hemorrhoids are varicose veins of the rectum).
If you treat also the cause of your hemorrhoids, you might get rid of them for good.

People use a steroid cream on them, you can probably get a cream from your local pharmacy.
