Some at home techniques include long hot baths, and using a moist medicated pad to clean yourself. (IE TUCKS).
You should try to keep your hemorrhoid inside and not push it out.
The other important point is to avoid straining when you have a bowel movement. Consider a diet that creates a looser stool with plenty of fruits and lots of water. Don’t let yourself become constipated, and if you find yourself feeling that way, take immediate measures to ensure that does not happen. Foods like prune juice and bran are suggestions to keep your bowels moving. Also.. lots of water and exercise is important.
Get the one hemorrhoid cream.
high fiber diet….mild laxative and hemorrhoid ointment that can shrink it…but if u are bleeding all the time , surgery will be the only answer.
Go to a doctor and he can prescribe cream for them. Sometimes they have to be repaired by surgery. Once you have them you have them for life there are no foods to be avoided. You really should see a doctor
