How can I prevent a hemorrhoid?
I have a medical condition(I guess you would call it) called faecal incontinence in which I’ve had chronic nonstop, everyday constipation since the day I was born. Hemorrhoids are caused by constant "pushing" mostly during constipation. I have never had one before but I get more and more nervous everyday about it. What can I do, if anything, to prevent from getting a hemorrhoid.

To stop the increase of the size of the hemorrhoids, eat more fiber foods and less junk foods, fast foods and soda/junk liquids…increase your intake of good old H2O! Hope this helps!
Ir looks like maybe you can never take a crap ever again.
Drink lots of water
Use a stool softener every day, ask pharmacist how much you can use
Use Acidophilus pills or chewable tablets…1 billion at least…take with food
To ask MD:
Can you eat fiber? If so, try Fiber One Bran Cereal-2portions will provide an entire days requirement for fiber.
Don’t push too much
Good luck to you.
*take 3-4 senna tab. (over the counter) every morning
*have yourself fiber cereal (special k) for breakfast
*large glass of water or juice
*bowl of fresh prunes
*1 scoopful of miralax with water or juice everynight
one problem could be is that you need to put your colon on a schedule. wants you start doing this you well start going to the restroom more often and your stools will be softer. make sure you drink plenty of water through out the day and have some fiber in every meal. but make sure you do this everyday this helps alot.
I suggest that you try something that is all natural — I found this all natural health supplement called Avatol that reduces the symptoms of hemorrhoids by providing you the nutrients that you need to make your body better able to fight these symptoms. It has worked for me, and I discovered that it has worked for a lot of hemorrhoid sufferers as well.
