The number one thing is to eat more fiber.

A clove of garlic right up there.
Apparently soaking yourself in a hot bath helps.
over the counter hemorrhoid creams. It could take a couple days for them to heal. If they stay too long then you could require surgery to have them removed. A stool softener in the meantime would probably be beneficial as well and lessen the pain and help the healing process.
witch hazel applied topically
On the supermarket shelf is an ointment..called Dettol antiseptic cream.
use regularly..
2 to 3 times a day for a week..
maybe U just might notice the difference.

My suggestion is a natural hemorrhoid cure. It’s worked for my wife, and she get rid of this pain. This is a home treatment and it’s worked for a lot of people. Check this page for more info
