Hemorrhoid surgery safe during pregnancy?

I had this done in Eleven Weeks wondering if it is safe because I’m having blood loss in the area. Please help:( was removed by a local and cut.

Im sure if the dr did it then he thought it was safe. The loss in blood , have that too but the doc says its normal.
