Hemorrhoid Help please ?
Before you read. Please, if your going to be immature by saying how nasty my descriptions or situation is OR gonna be usless and just say "Go see a doctor" Please leave now.
So, i think i have hemorrhoid.
I have very hard big feces that come out and stings. After i wipe, i see bright red trails of blood.
Ive even checked in the mirror to see a hemorrhoid bump besides my anus.
Is it possible to have BOTH external AND internet at the same time?
I heard it goes away somtimes. However, i think i’ve had this for a while without it getting better or worse. How do i know if my symptoms are getting worst or not ?
Whats the worst that could happen if left untreated ?
When does it usually go away ? (time wise)
Please give me information on it.

A1. YES, it is possible to have BOTH external AND internet at the same time
A2. Hemorrhoids symptoms
1. First-degree hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids that bleed but do not prolapse.
2. Second-degree hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids that prolapse and retract on their own (with or without bleeding).
3. Third-degree hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids that prolapse but must be pushed back in by a finger.
4. Fourth-degree hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids that prolapse and cannot be pushed back in. Fourth-degree hemorrhoids also include hemorrhoids that are thrombosed (containing blood clots) or that pull much of the lining of the rectum through the anus.
A3. Hemorrhoids Relief
1. Apply a hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a topical numbing agent.
2. You have to take minimum eight or nine glasses of water per day. Also check the amount of fiber you are eating and adjust it accordingly.
3. Keep the anal area clean and dry. Take a bath or shower (a bath is much better) daily and clean the skin around your anus gently with warm water. Soap isn’t necessary and may aggravate the problem. You should dry the affected part of your body to avoid any irritations.
4. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on the anus to relieve swelling. Make sure the ice is wet and slippery, not sticky. Insert it in the anal hole like a normal suppository.
5. A Seitz bath fits over the toilet. For this treatment you will need one plastic tub with warm water. You can get one at a medical supply store or some pharmacies. It is suggested to use this treatment for 15 minutes three times in a day. This treatment will reduce pain and swelling most effectively, as this is an easier treatment for hemorrhoid relief. Or you could just buy some Epsom salts, and put them in a bath, then sit there for ten minutes to gain hemroid relief, longer if necessary.
6. Do not use dry toilet paper when wiping your ***. To help keep the anal area clean after a bowel movement, use wet and moist towels or wet toilet paper that doesn’t contain perfume or alcohol.
7. If coming from the anal hole, you can also try to gently push them back. Once they back in, the pain should disappear very quickly.
8. Exercise your body. Keep in mind that staying on the toilet for more than five minutes at a time aggravates your hemorrhoids. Take several short walks a day.
9. You can find relief from hemorrhoids using a hemorrhoid cushion. A hemorrhoid cushion is an inflatable rubber ring, similar to the inflatable rings that kids wear at the beach. When you sit on it, the cushion is minimizing the contact pressure between the sitting surface and the hemorrhoid.
Hope this helps

yes you can have internal and external at the same time, But they should not bleed all the time only when inflamed. You could try some over the counter items from the store, I used the wipes and the cream when I had a flare-up. Also, you may want to try and drink more water and eat some fiber( like raisin bran) you sound constipated, you know the hard feces that hurt when you go. Flare-ups shouldn’t last more than a week or two, if you continue to bleed you really need to see a doctor, cause it could be something worse and not a hemorrhoid at all.
Yes, you can have internal and external hemorrhoids at the same time.
The size and consistency of your stool is only related in that straining at stool (as in diarrhea or constipation) tends to encourage hemorrhoids to form, and to irritate them.
The worst I’ve heard of happening with untreated hemorrhoids is, they get painful and bleed and get infected.
You know, they sell creams for that at the drug store, or you can put a cold pack on it for a few minutes; or sit in a hot bath followed with a cold pack.
A hemorrhoid is a vein in the anus that has become engorged with blood and inflamed, because circulation has been impaired by pressure or straining. It generally clears up within a few days if it doesn’t keep getting aggravated.
If the hemorrhoid is annoying you, you should do something to sooth it; also if it keeps bleeding more than is convenient. Usually the suggestions above will work pretty well. Only if normal methods don’t work should you go to a doctor about it.
I have hemorrhoids that really don’t bother me, but there’s occasionally a bit of blood. The doctors, taking the routine stool test, always get disturbed when they find a tiny bit of blood. They take this as a sign they need to test for colon cancer. Well, I get my colonoscopy every 5 years and that satisfies them.
Anyway, if your feces are too hard, try to make them softer with a change of diet or a laxative or something.
