Hemorrhoid Healing time?

Ok, so two weeks back I got a *AHEM* hemorrhoid with all the usual symptoms i.e very sore and annoying and a large-ish soft lump on the outside, and it even bled once. The pain has died away but now I am left with a hard, smaller bump where the softer painful one was and it doesn’t bother me, and I am wondering how long does it take to go away completely? Will the body absorb away the blood that is inside the thing on its’ own?
It may never go away? are you serious?!

It may never go away
Roids never go away — Only surgery can romove the pesky lumps that are now popped out. If your are bleeding or was bleeding — the reason why can cause that is a possibility of CANCER.
