Try sitting in a hot bath. Make the water as hot as you can get it.
It just takes time. Use baby wipes instead of tp.
get ice cubes from the freezer, put it into a bag(plastic bag, or use 2 of them) and put it onto the painful spot.the creams should help too.
Sorry but there are no home remedies.. You can try to push it back in, but seeing as though it’s so painful I wouldn’t if it starts to hurt too much.. Just try to stick it out, but if it gets that bad go to the hospital..
try sitting in a tub of very warm water….also what helps my husband is a warm washcloth placed on the hemmorrhoids…….a doctor will push them back up in you and prescribed anusol….or thats what they done to my husband 6 mos ago …. hope this helps
Try a warm salt bath , gently pat dry and put lots of anusol cream on three times a day.
Go to the pharmacy and get zinc cream in castor oil that they use for babies nappy rashes. Put this on the hemorrhoids.
The zinc cream is what my doctor asked me to use until I had surgery, and it helped. Surgery is very worth while so if you can have them banded or removed, I’d recommend it. You’ll need a referral to a specialist who does this kind of thing.
If the cream does absolutely nothing and you’re in a lot of pain and you have a long wait… you can also use any period pain medication as that has what is known as a NSAID drug in it, which is stronger than asprin/panadol but you must use it as directed on the packet. If you can get the one that has naproxen in it, that’s good for inflammatory pain.
Good luck!
