Hemorrhoids are caused by weak blood vessels, due to lack of certain nutrients, and too much sitting (discovered because it is very common for truck/bus drivers).

You can take a vitamin called rutin bioflavinoids which (naturally found in lemons) which will heal them but may take a couple of months. After that you may want to think about increasing your fruit and vegetable in take as well as a bit less sitting if this is part of the cause.

Hope this helps

They may go down but never go away. Have you lifted something real heavy or maybe weight lifting. They don't surgery unless they are really bad and causing you severe discomfort.

Have those checked first to be sure they're hemorrhoids.

either a hot sitz bath or preparation H cream. but like i said, better have it checked out first because it might not be hemorrhoids (or if it is, it might be something to be concerned with)

i,am the same way and i think they have to get to a certain stage before the dr. will do surgery. if they can shrink them without surgery they would rather do that first. back off some on the meat and eat more fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water so you won,t have to strain so hard.
