although i heard from some doctors that spicy food increase Hemorrhoid but not cause it
i want to confirm myself

nope, spicy food wont cause hemorrhoids. If you have hemorrhoid you should avoid eating spicy foods because those spicy food will make you feeling hot in rectum or anus.

make the ones you have bigger – yes
Yes coz you will go to the john more often and you will try to force yourself. Stay off spicy food while your stystem gets back to normal.
