No, and by reducing inflammation to the area it may slow the healing process. Keep clean, and make sure your poop is soft: you can buy stool softeners. Fissures can sometimes form when hard stool causes a minor tear. If it doesn’t heal within 2 weeks, you may need it stitched by a doctor but most heal on their own.
