This isn’t really something i want to talk about but i need some help! so if you might know what is wrong, could you suggest what i can do? i’ve done some research and all the stuff in my question are what came up – what do you think?

About 2 and half weeks ago i went to the doctors because i found blood on tissue after bowel movement…the doctor said it may be hemorrhoids/piles…she said to leave it a few weeks and then come back if it’s still bleeding- the bleeding has stopped now though. that week i also had diarrhoea for a few days… that has gone and i now feel constipated. i also feel like i have not had a full bowel movement after i have been to the loo. For the past two weeks i have been getting stomach cramps, more like a dull pain. It doesn’t really hurt, it’s more of a discomfort in my abdomen – more around the upper left area and sometimes sharp pains everywhere (rarely though). Lower back pains sometimes occurs too. Last week i also saw black spots on a stool, i searched this and it says it is blood but i’m not sure as it hasn’t happened since. Along with thinner/smaller stools there has been a lot of mucus. I lost quite a lot of weight in just one week – just under a stone unintentionally – i’ve kind of lost my appetite too… I think i mistook my stomach discomfort as hunger as when i eat i feel full after a few bites. Also been feeling a bit gassy and i don’t know if this helps but i also had a blood test because i may be anaemic – i’ve been feeling really tired and weak…

There’s quite a few different things going on but i don’t know if they’re all linked together! so if you’ve had similar problems or know what it might be could you help me out please?

I know the difference between an anal fissure and a hemorrhoid (the definition) but i still can’t tell which one I have. I have 2 of them. And one is on the front part and the other is on the back part of my anus, I don’t know if that helps determine. I have had them for about for like 7 years now and they are very painful. I’m in my late teens and I want to do something about it before it gets even worse. I don’t have much money to go see a doctor at the moment so I would appreciate all the advice I can get. Also, do I need a prescription for an anal/hemorrhoid cream? And the name of the creams would help too. I’m asking a lot but everything helps. Thank you.

First of all i want to point out that I am a young straight male who is a virgin and I do not put anything into my anus. I know some immature people are going to leave some rude comments if I don’t make this clear.

About three months ago I had a colonscopy and the doctor found that my colon has no problem other than a very small internal hemorrhoid. About half a month after that when I was in bathroom I past some rock-hard stools and i felt like there was a cut on my anus and it hurted as hell, then a few drop of blood dripped down to the toilet. From then on everytime when I walk or run for a while my anus will feel irritated, not painful, just some very uncomfortable feeling; in addition, from then on about every two week i would notice blood on my stool and toilet paper, but most of the time it’s not painful at all. And the blood is sometimes birhgt red and somtimes its a little bit darker, but not very dark.

I am guessing it is because I have not fully recovered from the fissure, but one thing that confuses me is that now when I see blood on my stool I wont feel any pain, cause I know fissure is supposed to be painful everytime when passing stools. I am wondering if the uncomfortable feeling I get when walking/jogging and the blood is due to the fissure that I had or the hemorrhoid? Please tell me what you think If you or somebody you know have or had similar problem. Thanks in advance.

I did think about going back to the doctor but I want to see if I can solve this problem myself first. I read online that fissure takes a long time to heal and suggested treatment includes warm bath, stool softener and fiber, I am afraid that when i go to the doctor he will just tell me to do the same thing, I am a poor student and can’t afford high health care cost!

how long does a person stay under while having the hemorrhoid laser surgery?

Alright, well it doesn’t happen all the time, but sometimes when I wipe my butt, there is blood (even if I don’t poop). But I noticed today there was more than usual and there was even some blood in the toilet. I was constipated a few days ago, and my butt hole kind of burns. I’m thinking I might of ripped the tissue when I was constipated and now every time I poop it just rips it back open. I know that wouldn’t explain the other times I’ve seen blood, so I was wondering if you could tell me what it might be.

I’m 18 almost 19. The bleeding has been going on off and on for maybe a year. I just had the courage to tell my mom today b/c I was scared of letting her know. My mom thinks it might just be hemorrhoids. But the only sign I have for that is the blood. My poop is normal colored. So I know there isnt any blood in my stool. I just want to make sure it’s not something really serious. My grandma just recently found out she has colon cancer and I just want to make sure it’s nothing that serious. Yes I know what its for, but seriously its reported to be good for the face so thats why i was asking this Question to see if any of you knew. Thats the idea of YA isnt it.
