I am 38 weeks pregnant with my second, and I have had a problem with hemorrhoids since I was pregnant with my first and as soon as I thought they were going away, they got worse. My diet is fine, I clean thoroughly after every bowel movement, not having any BM issues, I have tried many topical ointments and nothing seems to help. The doctors said they could do more after I have my baby so I’m looking more into surgery or something that my insurance will cover. But before I have to resort to that, does anybody know anything that actually WORKS? And I mean showing a big difference kind of work. Since yesterday they have swelled massively for no apparent reason. I understand that most of you will say that since being pregnant, the extra weight has taken effect but I can assure you that’s hardly an issue. Please help. Thanks.

So this is nasty but serious. I am about 15 and i noticed a purple/blue bump at the bottom of my *** **** after I finish ****ing. I thought this is just nothing to worry about, but within the last few months It has expanded and I think a have external and internal hemorrhoids. I don’t even know what they are exactly but I Wikipedia it and it was gross pics but it looks like a very close match. I am nervous…

Will I always have this, it seems like since they got there it is harder to pass stools and there is a little bit of fresh blood after most every discarding. This is nasty and I think I should tell my doctor but I DO NOT want to discuss my *** **** with my parents nor doctor, it is sick and they would probably have to exam it and thats NASTY. I would rather have my doctor study my ass then my parents cause I hardyly know my doctor…

Would dabbing a cotton ball in aloe vera gel on the hemorrhoid area effectively get rid of my hemorrhoids? If so, how many times a day should I apply it and how long will it take to work?

Right I had 3 piles!

1st they banded them they tried once and it failed the band fell off it hurt like a constant dull ache like someone constantly nipping the inside of your bowel NOT nice at all!

Then months later they tried double banding them again its a horrible dull ache for months again it failed!

They then moved onto injecting the hemmoroids to make them go away firt injection didnt have any effect!

Months later 2nd injection no effect

Months later 3rd injection and complaint that its taking forever so they fianlly move me on to suregery!

Guess what they only remove 1 at a fucking time! The first 1 removed causes me the most intense pain ive ever experienced in my life this goes on for months!

Now the bstards want to go back to trying the injections again!

Ive suffered long enough!

I just want the fucking things taken out!

I cant have a relationship till these disgusting things are gone!

I cant get on with my career untill they are gone!

They are making me wait months and months between each appointment and are dismissive and vague when I ask questions!

I just want the last 2 removed via surgery ASAP (more months of waiting)

I will suffer the intence pain one last time recover in a few months and be done with it!

But now the fuckers want to go back to the injections!

I dont like stuff being stuck up my arse I dont like years of my time being wasted and I dont like suffering in horrible pain!

What would you do in my situation? The surgens and that are nice people so I dont want to balme anyone specific but they whole ordeal they put you through is making me extremely angry and yet they wont clue me in to whats happening next they will just give me another letter for my next appointment which will be in another month or so and there they will be vague!!!

Just heard it, and I was just curious.

Women now dont trust me because I bleed for a week and not die.

I just found two little bumps around my rectum. They’re a ligher pink color, doesn’t hurt but I’ve experienced bleeding while pooping in the recent past. Could it be hemorrhoids? Are there any over the counter treatments I could try?
