My symptoms have been occurring randomly for a year or so, some longer than others:

Hematuria (at first visible, now only detectable by urinalysis)
Proteinuria
Random bruising with petechiae
Urticaria
My face and ears will randomly become fevered
Chronic sinusitis
swollen lymphnodes
Blood and mucus in stool
joint pain after being in a position for long periods of time
night sweats
low grade fever occasionally

…I am a 22 year old female, and the only other health issues are Polycystic Ovarian Disease and ADHD (which is a recent Dx and could actually be the "lupus fog")

I am on adderall 10mg per day, which the symptoms were present before the medicine.

My CBC is always fine. I am not anemic, however my new PCP recently ordered an ANA which came back positive with a titer of 1:40 which isn’t extremely high and also a Lupus Anticoagulant which I am still waiting on the results for. My TSH levels always come back euthyroid, and I do not have hemorrhoids.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced these symptoms with Lupus?

My boyfriend has been feeling sick. We already know he has high blood pressure but he has been telling me he has all these symptoms like : bad blood stools, blood in urine, he’s been coughn and he says his eyes feel like they are getting blurrier, pain in his chest when he eats and he’s scared to use the restroom. Im worried it might be more serious than just hemorrhoids.

I have an issue that I would like to address more in-depth, and I’m not sure which sort of doctor I should see for it.

I am a current patient of a colon-rectal surgeon because he removed an hpv lesion a few years ago. About six months ago I went back to that surgeon because I was having symptoms again, but he said it was just hemorrhoids and gave me a cream for it.

Those hemorrhoid symptoms never went away and have changed for the worse lately. I also have some other new symptoms like thin stools, constipation, and I’ve seen mucus a few times in the stool.

I have a long history of digestive problems that I’ve never sought medical help for, and this recent change is troubling to me. I’d like to rule out underlying digestive disorders, or even polyps or cancer.

My actual question is this: can I go back to the surgeon to talk about this? Is it within his scope to diagnose things like IBS, Crohn’s, and that sort of thing? Or would I be better off getting in to a gastroenterologist, which would most likely take a while because I would be a new patient?

I’m going to call around tomorrow, but I expect that both doctors will probably say I can see them. I wonder if any of you know which one would be better, or if it makes a difference at all.

He has had blood in his stool for a couple of months and thought it was a hemorrhoid and ignored it. Then last month he started having a lot of trouble with constipation and feeling a lot of pressure when he had a bowel movement. He has never had these symptoms before and he is worried, and I’m beyond worried. His colonoscopy isn’t scheduled until 3/24. What are some possibilities other than the worst case scenerio (I can’t bring myself to say the word)?

Here is what happens to my friend. When he walks sometimes he anas itches. Then he find he has to wipe and there is blood on this tissue. Can it be a hemorrhoid and that’s it?

He also has breathing and swallowing problems. He coughs and chokes when the weather gets chilly. It’s horrible. He is up at night because there is a flemmy tightness in his throat.

I am worried about him. What kind of exams should he get?

Has anyone else? Or am I just lucky? I’m on my last few days

24M, I have had 3 episodes bright red blood coming out right after a BM. I have tenderness in my left side radiating into my back. My history of other symptoms include weight loss, nightsweats, anxiety. My doc did the finger test and ruled out fissures & hemorrhoids and anything obvious. Any ideas on what this may be?

I want to know if you think I’m pregnant I taken a test and it said no but it could be due to my period

I’m just going to tell you all my symptoms:

VERY sleepy all i do is sleep work come home eat and sleep over 15 hours a day

my belly is getting big I always wear a size 3 pants now a size 6 fits way to fight

my boobs got bigger nipples got darker and swollen

my boobs hurt for a while but now its stopped they are still bigger but my nipples are more sensitive

I puke a little in my mouth but nothing comes up

I got my period on the date that I should have but its been weird for awhile now

I got a dish charge it was watery,off white and a lot

I got a second dish charge today not so much watery but gooey and off white

I have a line on my tummy and its getting darker I’ve have this for about 4-5 months now

I took a test at the end of February I had my period so I don’t know if that would make the test come out saying no

I"ve been constipated

I had a hemorrhoid (with only blood)( no grape like came out)

my nails are growing

I’ve been having mood swings and it takes me like 20 -30 min sometimes to calm down

I’m wet down there like a lot

I also have the white coming up on my nails around the cuticles

I don’t get food cravings but I did notice I moan when I eat something I really wanted

So my question to you is does this sound like pregnancy? When I take test it comes out saying no

could this be because I still get my period? should I go and get my blood taken?

I got my period January 25th my fiance came in me 9 days later and we didn’t do anything for a couple days and no there was no protection

The lump is located near my anus on the inside right side about the size of a small grape. I have no itching, bleeding or any hemorrhoid symptoms. It is just kind of sensitive to the touch. Has anyone else experienced this? I don’t have health insurance and it would cost me a fortune just to be seen…SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY!!!
