I am in college and decided to have sex with a guy i was talking to. I asked him if he had any STDs an he said no but about a week after we had sex it started to burn when i went pee and i always had the urge to pee but never could pee. Then i got these bumps on my rectum almost like hemorrhoids. But then the urge too pee went away after a few days. Do I have herpes?

I have a friend who has some possible symptoms of colon cancer. He is 22, and says when he goes to the bathroom, he bleeds a lot from his anus. He went to the doctor and they said it looked to be an internal hemorrhoid. His symptoms come and go, so my question is, if it is colon cancer, would the symptoms constantly be present? or do they come and go at different times?
Also, he said it gets worse when he eats spicy foods, and drinks alcohol.

I have been researching treatments for hemorrhoids, but I’m curious if there is a way to remove external hemorrhoids without surgery? I know that creams, sitz baths, etc. can shrink hemorrhoids and relieve the symptoms, but what about getting rid of them altogether? Is there an alternative to surgery, or even an at-home way to remove an external hemorrhoid?

what are the different symptoms of external hemorrhoids? if you have it… how did you know?

I am a teenage girl with what I am pretty sure is an external hemorrhoid. I have all the symptoms. This is something I don’t want to go to the doctor for unless I really have to.
Bleeding actual isn’t my main symptom. I do occasionally bleed, and the is a lump, but it is mostly itching and irration. I really need to get rid of the itching.

i have hemorrhoid symptoms showing up. I confess i don’t drink enough of water / fiber intake, and i don’t exercise much. I’ll change all that but I am concerned.

why? because the lump just showed up today for the first time. but before that i’ve been bleeding from time to time everytime i wipe.

I’m asking because I’ve never had one, but I’m pregnant now and I’m afraid I might. Sorry in advance for this, but I took a crap last night and my butt itched and burned so bad I had trouble falling asleep. Today it still hurts a little. I wasn’t constipated and it wasn’t a big crap so I am afraid it might be a hemorrhoid.

So after I take a dump I take a shower and when I wash my butt hole with hott water I get a stinging sensation that lasts for a second or two. I’m wondering whether this is normal or if its a symptom of a hemorrhoid or anal fissure.
This happens to me all the time though…
