It is my second day after surgery and i haven’t had a bowel movement. I had a Thrombosed External Hemorrhoid.

I am going to have hemorrhoid surgery in a couple of weeks. I don’t want anyone to know. It is embarrassing. What kind of surgery can I tell people I am having instead?
