will running in the morning and doing sit ups / pushups worsen a small hemorrhoid that i noticed 2 days ago that has never bled or caused discomfort

im using prep h, eating more fiber, drinking a lot etc..

im leaving for basic training in 6 days.. and this is just what i needed to happen 0.o

What can hemmorrhoids do? What should you do with them if you have one as a child?

Yesterday in the shower I felt a pea sized lump around my anus. I looked it up and the possible causes are colin cancer and hemorrhoids. Obviously I prefer it be one over the other. I have rarely noticed some dried blood on my toilet paper, but never payed much heed. Im just that kind of guy. On further inspection, the ‘lump’ is hard, not round, and sort of pointed. It sits just above (or below..it’s difficult to get oriented) the anus and will move a little bit. It’s painless though. I don’t really get any itching. I do do allot of standing, about 7 hours a day on average and I understand that can cause them. I’m 23 though, not 50. What do you think?

Ive had a hemorrhoid about a month after my son was born.. soo its been almsot 18 months, and it wont go away!! its an external one… ive taken warm baths, eating better, and the thing one go away. i wont have a normal sex life cause im afraid someone will see it and get grossed out!

I have had a hemorrhoid on and off for a month or so now. I have been taking metamucil fiber supplements and have been eating better with exercise. It all helps alot, but every weekend when I drink alot of beer, the next morning I have massive diarrhea that causes this. It also seems that any time I have diarrhea I get a hemorrhoid? Why does it only happen then?

I’ve also heard that if someone sits on concrete for a long enough period of time, they could get hemorrhoids! What could cause any of these things to happen?
I’m pretty sure the concrete doesn’t ground or discharge car batteries more than any other surface, so what does that leave?

Is there any specific reason for the cause of hemorrhoids? Could anybody tell me the reasons for hemorrhoids.
