can internal hemorrhoids cause incomplete evacuation?

Just wondering about this as i’ve recently had this feeling
Cheers.
Also can they make it difficult to go to the toilet in the first place? Can they block the poop trying to get out?

Internal hemorrhoids affect the internal rectal region caused by too much bearing down of stools and take place when there is increased pressure on the internal veins. They are not visible from the outside of the anus because the veins and tissues are found in the inner wall of the anal canal. Internal hemorrhoids are less painful than the external hemorrhoids. At times, internal hemorrhoids become enlarged to the extent that lumps come out of the anus. This condition is termed as prolapsed internal hemorrhoids. This stage is the severe stage of internal hemorrhoids and much more painful than ordinary internal hemorrhoids.
