Can i use Aldara if i have hemorrhoids?
Well i have HPV, and i was prescribed Aldara. It worked and i used it for a month, but then i felt a pain so i took a look and now i have hemorrhoids to. Its been a month now since i stopped using aldara because i fear of what would happen to the hemorrhoids. I asked my doctor what to do but he refused to beleive that i have hemorrhoids because he isnt my regular doctor and when he looked at my file he saw that im a teenage boy with HPV, so he knew im gay and refused to check up on me. Now i dont know what to do and my HPV and hemorrhoids are getting worse, and im afraid to treat either because they are so close. Help me im lost……

No do not use Aldara on hemorrhoids.
I would seek the opinion of a colon/rectal surgeon or a proctologist. Having both hemorrhoids and anal warts…then you need to seek a specialist.
well my doctor gave me aldara for genital warts ..so is that the same as hpv… an if so that would me u dont have hemorrhoids, its genital warts…
my aldara does work,,,any sugesstions for me???
