Can hemorrhoid cream help with hooded eyes?

Ok so I have hooded eyes, meaning the skin under my eyebrows and over my eyes is a little droopy. I heard that hemorrhoid cream can help with eye puffiness… what about hooded eyes? If not what can help?

It’s the shark liver oil in the formula that’s the secret. By the time you wore it a while however, it’s going to weigh your skin down. Get to a health food store & see if you can buy some sharks liver oil, or at least not in such a heavy base. Also chamomile used teas bag is good for it. Just make a cup of it (practically most tea bags are good for this, this kind especially). cool cucumber slices are good too.The health food store may have more suggestions.
Aside from that there are make up tricks & skin care tricks that can help & tighten the area. Some are only temporary though. Good luck.
