Both of the condition (constipation and diarrhea) can be a causative agent of hemorrhoids. Too much pressure in the rectum, forcing blood to stretch and bulge the walls of the veins, sometimes even rupturing them, leads to the formation of hemorrhoids. The most common sources of this pressure are:
* Constant sitting
* Straining with bowel movements (from constipation or hard stools)
* Diarrhea
* Sitting on the toilet for a long time
* Severe coughing
* Childbirth
* Heavy lifting
* Eating a diet low in fiber tends to cause small, hard stools which may lead to constipation
* Ordinary commercial laxatives may irritate the membranous lining of the colon that could also lead to hemorrhoids.
You can develop external hemorrhoids from constantly wiping due to the irritation. To help avoid, use a wet wipe such as you would use to clean a baby’s bottom during bouts of diarrhea.
Hemorrhoids are only caused by excessive pushing of your bowel movements. If you sit on the toiled and squeeze anything around you and tense up to have a bowel movement, then yes you will get hemorrhoids. But if you do not push excessively, you should not get hemorrhoids
You should use loperamide, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://webmd8.notlong.com/AAqgsOj
