Can external and internal hemorrhoids be cured with diet and exercise ?
While this is an issue I hate to talk about, I am willing to try anything to get help with this. Starting back in November I’ve been having almost constant pain and discomfort in the rectal area. I have no insurance but I was able to get a colonoscopy which revealed polyps and an internal hemorrhoid. I know surgery is an option but I know things won’t be the same if I get that done. Any real tips would be helpful. I have a great sense of humor but this is serious so please spare the sarcasm.

YES.
This is most likely the reason you got them in the first place!
You need fibre! 30 grams per day for men, 25 grams per day for women.
And drink water! 8 tall glasses per day, or if you drink alot of fluids just supplement with 6 tall glasses of water per day.
You’ll know you are drinking enough when your urine is almost clear ( no color).
Fibre rich foods = Bean and legumes, bran cereals, raspberries, broccoli, leafy green veggies and whole grains.
Start getting your fibre in check now, It will help.
Also having an internal H, removed isnt very invasive it is usually cauterized while doing a colonoscopy, and there arent many nerves in that spot in your body, so it wont be overly painfull. Talk to your doc about ALL of your options.
I would try a high fiber diet for atleast one month and see if there are any changes, you may not need surgery after all!
Sometimes diet and working out simply is not enough, cos there will be surplus weight simply sitting around in the pipes. It’s not body fat, so it can’t be melted off, nevertheless it will be rinsed out, simply by using a diet supplement. http://bopult.wholenesspro.info has a risk free offer on offer right now, I gave it a try and shed seventeen lbs!! Who says there is no magic bullet? LOL!!!
