Can anyone out there tell me about vaginal hemorrhoids?

I think this may be something I have. Does anyone know what it looks like and what treatments are available?

i am not sure if i have ever heard of vaginal hemorrhoids in my clinical practice- as a medical student, a training surgeon, and now, as a consultant.
you know what hemorrhoids are i presume? its a mass of painful, distended veins, usually in the anal areas.
In the vaginal area, you might need to consult a gynecologist first, to make sure of the diagnosis.
