can a difficulty in a bowel movement just ONCE can cause hemorrhoid already?
Ok. I am 17. This may sound gross but that’s life. I havent go to the bathroom to do IT for like 4 days because i didnt have the natural urge. So this morning i tried and it just wont come out. I tried to strain a little but it just really wont come out because i can feel it was so hard.
So i give up and i ate papaya and lots of water and everything. On my third try on the bathroom it still wont come out but i managed to let out aa little. Just a little. Oh my God you cant imagine how hard it was and i was almost crying. WHen i got out i felt something on my anus. Could this be hemorrhage?
I’m planning to go to the doctor tomorrow. I didnt have the symptoms of hemorrhoid before such as bleeding, itching etc.
I’m just really worried about that something hanging in my anus

Hemorrhoids can come at just about any time. You sound quite young though, and I doubt it would happen if it is just once you were constipated. Hemorrhoids bleed, if there is no bleeding you are probably fine.
Since You are going to the doctor ask him. It is somewhat normal to have that happen after a strain.
Yes it can cause it to hemorage, You shouldnt ever need to push that hard… try sitting like the chinese when you go…. Knees above your hips, elbows on ur knees and a straight back. If it still dont work go to the drugstore and try some " Fleet" oral pospho soda. That’ll work, drink a lot of water…
