Bleeding Hemorrhoids?
I would like to know if it is true that if you were to work out and lose weight that it helps out a lot with your situation with your hemorrhoid. For instance it can stop bleeding and reduce the size of it, or make it go away completely. Is this true? Will it better the condition of my hemorrhoid? I’m going to be honest, I am over weight and I do sit down at my computer for literally hours a day which I heard also is definitely help my condition. Any input would be much appreciated.

Sitting or standing for long periods of time definitely do not help hemorrhoids. Make sure you keep your booty very clean- try baby wipes
Hemorrhoids thrive in damp areas so try using a blow dryer set on the cool setting after showering. Use the creams, pads, witch hazel, etc to give you relief. If your hemorrhoids don’t clear up on their own after a few weeks- visit your doctor. They can remove them- but it isn’t guaranteed they will not return. Good Luck.
Yes, overweight can contribute to development of hemorrhoids. Beside causing additional pressure on the veins in the body, overweight people have generally acidic body pH (under 7.2 pH) Acidic body is causing weak veins and weak veins are more vulnerable. Great way to alkaline and clean your body is colloidal silver. Stop eating junk food (processed food, all kind of burgers etc). Hemorrhoids will not just disappear once you lose the weight, however if you treat your hemorrhoids with Rue Care Oil and also lose weight you’re on good way to get rid of them for good.
