Bleeding hemorrhoid? What do I do? I'm freakin out!?

Hey. So, I’m pretty sure I have a hemorrhoid from having anal sex. It’s been bleeding and I’m really not sure what to do about it? and I was googling information on it and now I’m freaking out that it’s a bigger deal than it probably is..so, here I am. Looking for some advice and answers hah. Thanks.
Oh yea, and how do I know if its clotted or not?

Ok first of all calm down. I have anal sex regularly and sometimes if we get in a hurry or don’t use quite enough lube i get whats called an anal fissure. Its different from a hemorrhoid because it is more like a paper cut on the outside of your anus(you can see it if you lay on your back and exam your anus with a compact mirror). They can take a few days to a week or more to heal. Make sure your eating plenty of fiber and drinking lots of water because rough or hard stools will irritate the cut. You can also try putting a dab of neosporin on the affected area when you go to sleep this will help the healing also.Now i know the difference between a hemorrhoid and an anal fissure because Ive had both so i suggest you go to a doctor and have a rectal exam to make sure which of the 2 it is and then they can advise you with a treatment plan. And always use tons of lube and take your time with anal sex, it can be very enjoyable but it has to be done right. Be careful and Good luck.
P.S. now if it is an anal fissure once you get one they are likely to reoccur if your not careful. That’s why i say use lots of lube and take your time. Once you get one fissure chances are you will have more. Also certain positions for anal sex are better than others. I can only do anal in a doggy style position because any others and its too painful.
