After 2nd hemorrhoid surgery?

my mom had a hemorrhoid surgery like 3 weeks ago then 2 weeks ago she had a nother one because the docters left a gauze inside of her. Shes experiencing so much pain and theres no approvment. ITs been 2 weeks after her second surgery. Does anyone know how long recovery takes? And shes really nauses too. Is that normal or not? She takes hydrocodine for pain and she has no appetite at all what so ever. I feel really bad for her because she screams in pain and i cant bare to watch.

The hydrocodone is probably what is causing the nausea, it’s notorious for that and for also causing lack of appetite. Whilst on the pain pills she really needs to ensure that her stools are kept soft, pain pills are constipators too, so have her take some colace along with those. Finally I’d have her get back to the doctor, she should not be screaming in pain. She may have an infection that has set in, especially considering the gauze that was left behind. Have her seen asap, they need to make her comfortable.
with that kind of surgery (ewW) probably a month
