I am a first year law student and have developed a case of external hemorrhoids 1/3 of the way through finals. I have done a lot of research and am under the impression that as long as I take steps to prevent it from getting worse it should go away after a while. Does anyone have any advice on how to cope? How to get rid of it faster?

Hello. So uh lately I’ve been feeling quite weird. I have noticed that since last summer, there has been a change in my bowel habits. I went from going daily to the restroom, to going only twice or thrice a week, and when I did go it would hurt badly and there would be bright red blood on my stool, and a lot more when I wiped. So I told this to my mom and we went to the doctor and they told me I had hemorrhoids. They gave me some cream, and suppositories and told me to walk 30 minutes daily. At first I didn’t really take it seriously so I didn’t do much of what I was instructed to do and so then 2 weeks later for some reason I got diarrahea which lasted about a week. Then I went back to only going 2/3 times a week. And I now have these deep headaches which only last a minute and then go away for about a day or two and come back. So does this mean I’m sick or is it normal to have this since I have hemorrhoids? Thank you.
I forgot to mention that my body has been feeling achey. For example when I wake up my bones feel achey and when I sit crissed crossed for ten minutes and I unfold my legs, it hurts like they feel sore. It also happend with my arms.
