so the doc told me i had an internal hemrroid
she gave me some suppositories for the bleeding
it helped but it still really itches especially at night
is there any way to relieve the itching and anyway to get rid of this?
please docs experts give some info

This is kind of weird but I was just wondering if any mommies are going through or have gone through this.

Here’s the thing, about 6 months ago I found a swollen lymph node in my neck causing me to think I had cancer. I saw two doctors about it and they both said that it is nothing to worry about. But for some reason I still constantly worry about it.

Then right after I had my son I had really bad haemoid which made me have blood in my tissue when I would wipe. Causing me to think I had colon cancer. Talked to a doctor and it was just hemorrhoids.

By the way I’m 20 my son is 10 months old. And I guess the whole thing is that I’m so scared that something happens to me and I can’t see my son grow up. Does anyone else have this problem or these feelings. I just need some advice. How do I stop worrying about EVERYHING?

I am 13 years old and I think I have a hemorrhoid. 2 weeks ago my butt hole has been itching a lot, so I tryed washing it with fragrance free soap, and it was still itching! after a week it stopped itching, but when I pooped, my butt hole would hurt a lot! so I decided to check it, and I have a hemorrhoid sticking out, I don’t know what to do! I don’t want to get it surgically removed! is there any other way too stop the pain, besides surgery? Is there something wrong with me? is it unnormal for a 13 year old to have a hemorrhoid?!

I’m aware that having blood in your stools or after you washed up could be a sign of colorectal cancer. If its really cancer, will the blood be there each time you pass motion or it could be on and off?

I was diagnosed with hemorrhoids last year and I know the symptoms are almost similar to colon cancer. 2 days ago, I started seeing blood when I wash up. But the blood wasnt that much and the pain in my anal isnt that severe as last year when the hemorrhoid first hit me. The blood isnt that bright and isnt that dark either. And yea, my bowel movements was bad the last 2 weeks.

Should I see the doctor again? I can only think of 3 possibilities. Piles, colon cancer or anal fissure.

I just noticed it today. And I also started having diarrhea today (from eating something bad I think). It’s not that painful, but it’s pretty big. About the size of a marble. It is right under my anus, between the vagina and my anus. My stomach is still acting up, so I have a feeling it will stay for a while. There’s no pus, and I don’t have bloody stool.
So my questions are: Is it an external hemorrhoid? Is there a nice, natural way to cure it? My period just started as well, so is it okay to use tampons?

Ever since last week monday when i go to the bath to take a **** it hurts like hell, i try using regular vaseline that didnt work. last week friday my uncle gave me Preparation H and that didn’t. I went to the hospitol because i started to bleed and the doctor told me i had a hemorrhoid, he gave me a subscripion to get some kind of cream from walgreens. try the cream 3 times a day and take bath every day so the hemorrhoid would shrink and that didn’t. I seen my primery care doctor he gave some medicine called Hydrocortisone Acetate for rectal use only, I have to take 2 each day. Is there other treat to stop this hemorrhoid? Please I need help.

My son has several issues with constipation ever since he was 2 weeks old. I was breastfeeding so the doctor told me to change my diet and so I did. He still kept having issues. Then after four months of that I quit breastfeeding and we tried several formulas. Still had issues. When he turned a year old he got worse and the doctor switched him to whole milk and had him tested for a milk allergy. Now we still have issues of constipation and diareeha and he isnt getting any better and I feel like the doctor is not taking this seriously. He eats healthy, we stay away from too much dairy. That isnt the problem. Now he has a hemorrhoid. He has a doctors appointment tomorrow, but I am afraid the doctor will turn us away and say this is normal again. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. I know it isnt. Someone please help me. We have family history of Crohns and IBS. Is my child too young to have these issues? Thanks so much.

I know it sounds weird but I had hemorrhoids a couple weeks ago and was actually into it in a weird kinda way. I won’t really go into detail but let’s just say that I kinda want to have them again.

My hemorrhoids started January 1, 2010. What a way to bring in the New Year! For the next five months they would flare up for a week, then disappear. I noticed they would return during my periods. I kept a food diary and the only change to my diet was ibuprofen. I stopped taking Alieve and Advil; I switched to telenol. No hemorrhoids this time… When you read the side affects of ibuprofen, it makes since. My heartburn disappeared too.
