I got my first hemorrhoid, which KILLS, and didn’t know if anyone has any advice!!

My wife has complained about a hemorrhoid for about a month now. Last week she started having problems going to the bathroom it was extremely painful for her right at the hole and blood would come out and was bright red and afterwards she was in pain in that area for a good 30 mins. She has started to complain about abdominal pain 2 weeks ago was not constant but would happen sometimes. Today she was in the bathroom for over an hour in extreme pain with just mucousy blood coming out nothing else it wasn’t constant just would all of a sudden come out and she felt like she was having a bm everytime the bloody mucous would come out now she is exhausted and is hurting down there now she hates hospitals and doctors I don’t know what to do for her should I just take her. She’s only 23 and has had a lot of stress lately

I don’t want to be too graphic but after I after I gave birth to my daughter a year and a half ago I had some hemorrhoids. They cleared up and were fine until I got on birth control Nuvaring. I stopped taking that birth control at the end of July. I am 9 weeks pregnant. I started having hemorrhoid problems again right before I got pregnant. Then they got worse once I found out I was pregnant because of the iron in my prenatals. I called the doctor because I kept having bleeding every time I went. They said to get some stool softeners and witch hazel pads and see if that helps. Well I don’t take the stool softeners regularly because they help but they aren’t making the bleeding stop. Everything that passes through is very painful and bleeds. Its flaring up every time and uncomfortable. I have an appointment today so I will talk about it. I am very uncomfortable about this. I am only 21. I am worried that when I give birth again it will get so bad I will have to have surgery. If I did get surgery how would I be able to go? I can’t do anything about this now because I am nto sure it would be safe while pregnant to try and burn anything off or do any type of surgery. SO please if you have any information that could help let me know. Thanks!

Have a small hemorrhoid, well at least I think I do.

I dont want to take medication, and I dont want to have surgery, so what can I do and use that is an alternitive route.
I meant, I dont want to take oral medication,
creams are ok, However, I do prefer homeopathic alternitives.

Breakthrough Bleeding &/or Spotting?
Hi everyone, I was constipated a little last week but I’m finally relieved of that but whenever I go to the restroom-I find some dried blood/brownish stuff in my underwear. I know it’s not hemorrhoids (it’s not coming from my bum) so could it be breakthrough bleeding or spotting? I also have cramps, my period’s due around Aug 23 & I’m still a virgin & not on birth control. Thanks for the help.

I recently experienced swelling around my anus after passing bowels, it only appears during bowel movement or sometimes while standing up. This lump (that I named it) is not painful and after a while itself goes inside the anus. I told my doctor about it and she said that its internal hemorrhoid, she said that I just need to be careful in eating,avoid spicy things and let it not get inflamed, it will go away by itself! Now how am I suppose to do that? She gave me laxatives and nothing else. I really don’t know if anyone ever encountered such a thing, but I really am worried about it, it doesnt hurt but still its presence like having a swelling makes me feel uneasy and I want it to go away. I want to know is there anything that can help me? Will it go away? It did go away once but then came back…what should I do? And yeah all the doctors I have talked about with only say to avoid eating spicy food and blah blah blah but they dont tell me the solution.

It popped on its own. Is is bleeding, but not horribly, it just doesn’t stop. It’s a little painful. Do I need immediate medical attention? I’m worried. Will it get better?
