I have what feels like an ulcer just inside my anus—raised edges, about as big around as a pencil. I’m scared to go to the doctor!
I’ve recently had a baby & have hemorrhoids still. Lately things have been itching & burning like mad, and bleeding. There was a small clot one day after I tried really hard to go BM.
I’ve only had one partner for the past 3 yrs… & yes, we have done… *that*… only once since the baby’s been born, though, because it hurt & bled like it hadn’t ever done before.

What could it be???
Please help!! 

Starting last week I found it really hard to have a bowl movement. Finally when I was able to pass it, it (sorry if this is TMI) has bloody streaks in it and white mucus stuff. Every since that one, they all have been this way. The size and shape has also changed. Its always really hard and really big around at the beginning (hard to pass) then after I get that part over with it is soft and smaller around. I am also going a lot less, maybe once every 2 days. Im really sorry this is TMI, im going to my doctor Monday (prenatal doctor) and plan on asking her about it as well. Also, if these are hemorrhoids, will they go away on their own? THANKS!

I think that’s hemorrhoids or whatever that’s called. But what could be causing it? i didn’t really ever have them before. & other times my stomach just plain hurts for no reason.

I have developed an external hemorrhoid. I am 25 and am just wondering what the effects might be. It began several months ago, but went away, and is now back. There is no pain at all, just minor discomfort, and i can barely tell it is there.

I am wondering if this is something that NEEDS to be treated, or can i continue with it there, as long as it is not painful. Are there any permanent issues i should worry about?

for a week now ive had painful bowel movements. i used hemorrhoids ointment. but my butt hole is still itchy, stinging, and very uncomfortable. once, there was bleeding during a bowel movement. there are no bumps outside, but inside it feels lie its swollen on the lining or theres a very large bump. please help! i really dont want to go to the doctor..im 18 and a female
No, I’ve never had anal sex.

For quite a while now, I have had a very mild ’stitch like’ pain on the right side of my abdomen, around the top of my pelvis.

It doesnt cause me any problems and it isnt getting worse but im so paranoid about it now. I occasionally get the same sort of pain on the right side of my abdomen and on my lower abdomen. It kind of feels like a mild muscle cramp when I stretch it, but it is worse on my right side.

I dont regularly get diarrhea, and my stools vary but are usually quite normal, although sometimes I get a stinging pain around my anus that matches hemorrhoid and anal fissure symptoms.

I have a tendency to slouch alot to one side, squashing my abdomen in between my ribs and pelvis. Could that be a contributing factor?

I dont have any other unusual symptoms

My dad had been suffering from severe abdominal pain. He went and got several procedures and exams done. The doctor diagnosed it as stomach hemorrhoids. Now, you can call me stupid but I’d prefer if you didn’t, but don’t those only happen around the anus and rectum? At least that was my knowledge. He also didn’t give him anything for the pain or anything else. He just told my dad to take a prescription laxative they had given him before the diagnosis. This seems a little too strange for me, and we are considering a second professional opinion.

i dont wanna use the regular because it has shark liver oil in it. but i need the cream so i checked the ingredients on the extra strength one and it didnt have any shark liver oil.
but the thing is that i dont wanna use an extra strength medication for a mild problem, ya know? like what if its TOO strong or something?
what do you guys think?

I have this lump like bump on my anus. It doesn’t burn. It only itches when I have a bowel movement and it rarely bleeds. If it does bleed it isn’t alot. It is a little bit. I am not sure if it is a protruding hemorrhoid or not. I am pregnant and I have had constipation, but not sure if it is a hemorrhoid or not. I am going to the dr. in 2 weeks for my next check up. I just want to get peoples opinions on what it could be.
