My boyfriend has been feeling sick. We already know he has high blood pressure but he has been telling me he has all these symptoms like : bad blood stools, blood in urine, he’s been coughn and he says his eyes feel like they are getting blurrier, pain in his chest when he eats and he’s scared to use the restroom. Im worried it might be more serious than just hemorrhoids.

I have had blood in my stool for 2 months now.My ESR and WBC are elevated, my hemoglobin is within normal though.doc put me on ANALPRAM coz i also have internal hemmorhoids and irritation in my anal canal…the pain is lesser now but the blood in my stool still there. I have normal and regular bowel movement but my bowel sounds are hyperactive. I have no abdominal pain thanks God. Solely a rectal pain. Im taking tylenol when pain kicks in usually at night. Im afraid to have colonoscopy im too young to have that. My doc did anoscopy and he found out internal hemorrhoids and irritation in my anal canal. Is it necessary to have colonoscopy at my age?.. pls somebody can help me what to do…

I feel like a pair of rubber gloves after hemorrhoid surgery right now. Do they really think that this will help anyone out at all? Sad day in American history right here folks. How can they say they are doing the will of the people when every single poll you look at is overwhelmingly against this plan? Our elected leaders are a friggin joke.

So I went to the doctor. He said it was hemorrhoids and gave me proctosol-HC 2.5%, that is a cream to put in my anus. I have used it just like he said and it has been four days since then. I am still getting bleeding only when I have a bowel movement but not quite as much. Is it getting better or should I go sse my doctor again? How long should I give it to heal? He never told me about diet or stool softeners or anything like that. Is there anything else I can do to speed the healing? Thanks
The blood used to be in the toilet and now it is just on the stool. and on the paper.

how many visits does it take to treat a hemorrhoid using laser? Doesn’t it take a couple of visits? My friend visited this doctor 6 times already and she still doesn’t feel better. Is the Dr doing anything or is he taking advantage? any experience using laser to remove hemorrhoids?
there were only 2 small hemorrhoids

Folks,
I am suffering from both anal fussure and internal hemorrhoids from past 2months now and finding it extremely difficult at work due to the pain. Want to get this treated in Bangalore.
Please suggest me a good hospital/doctor whom I can visit this weekend for consultation.
Any tips or remedies to pain relief – most welcome. Have read many article on the web with relates to this and applied Nitrogesic cream too. No relief. Taken tabs like pilgo/ applied Osil cream/ Rectoline at the region. No relief.
I have severe pain every time after passing the stool and it continues to get worst by each passing minute if i don’t take 1/2 pain killers b4 leaving to work. The anal region burns, thrones like feeling in that place, cracks too. Have given up non-veg since 2months now. No alcohol, No spicy food – Still no signs of relief. It is extremely painful and one who has experienced it only knows. These days, I take every precaution to ensure the stool doesn’t harden – but still after the bowel movement the pain picks up after 15mins and just goes on and on.. I feel very embarrassed in this situation
Please suggest.

I’m not in any kind of pain, so I don’t think it’s hemorrhoids because I read that that is very painful. So no pain, and it’s not just like a little drop of blood when I wipe, it’s quite a bit of blood, and it drips out and turns the bowl almost totally red with blood. I have been pretty week in the past 2-3 weeks ish, I have blamed it on being on bedrest because of my oligohydramnios. I just started the rectal bleeding today, and it’s been twice (both times after pooping).
Is this something I should bring up with my doctor at my appointment on Thursday? I’m in no pain whatsoever, does anybody have any idea what it could be and how it can be treated? I’d rather not say anything about it to my OB if I don’t have to, I’m a pretty private person =/ Any help would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. Nothing has changed in my diet and I have never had anal sex, so it can’t be because of that.

I went to the doctors 2 months ago and complained of rectal bleeding which can happen a lot. It seemed to occur over quite a few weeks from the beginning of October.
A year ago I had the same issues and voiced my concerns, she said it was probably hemorrhoids or piles and when I saw her recently she asked if I’d like surgery on them.
Since then I have had pain when passing stools and no blood, sometimes I get very constipated.
So anyway I got a letter for a review at the hospital which was today and I went along.
The doctor asked me everything and then examined me with 2 different camera’s and he said I don’t have hemorrhoids or piles and that it all looked normal. He then added that he would like to do an endescope exam so that he can investigate the left bowel? (I think he said that) and that was all he said. The nurse said that I’ll be sent an appointment which will also have an enema which I will need to have before I see them.
So I am so worried, I’ve looked at my symptons online and they’re all symptons of cancer too. I’m only 24 and I’m terrified, my mum is very concerned too.
Has anyone had this or been through this before? I can’t cope with everything going wrong for me at the moment :’(
Yeah the blood is very bright red – the last time I had bleeding was a week or so before xmas so it might have healed?

I am dealing with hemorrhoids, and I’m only twenty two, but they have gotten pretty bad. As a result, i’m trying to eat a high fiber diet. Usually it consists of
–apples and pears
–triscuits
–raisin bran/raisin nut bran
–oatmeal
–whole grain pasta
Can anyone tell me what foods they eat that help them increase fiber in their diet? I know that regular fruits and veggies should do the trick, but its not in this case. I am going to see my doctor tomorrow, because its gotten so bad, but whether or not i have to have it surgically removed, I am still going to need a high fiber diet. It would be great if there were any snack foods you could suggest that I could munch on throughout the day. I guess you could say I’m looking for very high fiber foods in particular. A super fiber food (if you will). Any suggestions? The more specific the better.
Thanks!
