whenever I bm, there is blood and it hurts really bad! I asked my mom about it, she said I probably just have a tear. Does it sound like hemorrhoids, and if I don’t go to the doctor, and it is hemorrhoids, will it heal completely on its own?

Should I text 911? I’m really scared that my organs are falling out of my anus.

I think hemorrhoid surgery would be best because I feel that home remedies will only shrink the thing and I want it gone. I feel that it is nasty to have it dangling off your anus. It is quite embarrassing and frankly I’m very shy to bring it up with my doctor. You know how you call to make an appointment and they say " so what seems to be the problem?" and I say " well …. I have hemorrhoid in my anus OMG how embarrasing but if surgery is what it take so be it I want it gone.

And do they give you tummy upset and how long do they last?

I dont get it. How can you tell the the difference? doesn’t an external hemorrhoid have to pop out a little to be an "external" hemorrhoid?

Does laser treatment work for external hemorrhoids? Is it very painful? How long does it take to heal? I’m afraid of getting it surgically removed because I hear the regular hemorrhoid surgery is very very painful.
